Information Kings Pride collects
Kings Pride collects account data such as email, display name, role, profile fields, verification status, and validated social links. Artists may also provide recordings, artwork, release metadata, rights attestations, and public activity posts.
When you use the service, Kings Pride records security and performance data such as IP-derived region, device and browser signals, session identifiers, requested byte ranges, referral source, interaction events, playback milestones, and abuse indicators.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver and measure media, maintain profiles and playlists, calculate transparent rankings, detect manipulation, moderate content, respond to support and rights requests, and improve reliability.
Kings Pride does not treat every audio-range request as a play. Playback events are deduplicated and counted only after a defined listening threshold so the public metrics better reflect meaningful activity.
Legal bases and sharing
Depending on location, processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with law. Kings Pride shares only the information necessary with infrastructure, storage, delivery, email, analytics, moderation, and security providers under appropriate agreements.
Public profile, track, comment, leaderboard, and Music Life content is intentionally visible to people and permitted search crawlers. Kings Pride does not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Account and content data is retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterward. Security logs, audit records, transaction evidence, and rights-claim materials may be retained longer when needed for fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
Controls include password hashing, signed HttpOnly cookies, strict origin rules, input validation, least-privilege storage access, encrypted transport, audit logs, rate limits, and separate private media storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may update profile information and communication choices through your account. Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may appeal certain automated or moderation decisions.
Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request. Kings Pride will explain any lawful limitation, such as preserving evidence tied to a rights dispute or abuse investigation.
International use and children
Infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Production deployment must use approved transfer mechanisms and disclose the operating entity and subprocessors for each launch region.
Kings Pride is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. A verified guardian may request removal if a child submitted information without valid consent.
