The Kings Pride agreement
These Terms govern access to Kings Pride, including artist profiles, fan accounts, audio playback, comments, follows, ranking features, embeds, and artist release tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review this agreement with you.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify Kings Pride promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Artist and fan roles have different permissions and may not be used to bypass ranking or moderation controls.
Kings Pride may require email verification, rate-limit access, invalidate active sessions, or temporarily restrict features when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, or platform integrity.
- Do not sell, transfer, automate, or share access to your account.
- Do not create coordinated accounts to manipulate plays, follows, comments, or rank.
- Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with protected media routes.
Artist uploads and licenses
Artists retain ownership of their recordings, artwork, names, and posts. By publishing, you grant Kings Pride a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transcode, stream, display, index, promote, and create technical derivatives of that content solely to operate and market the service.
You represent that you control every right necessary for the upload, including composition, master, sample, performer, artwork, publicity, and distribution rights. You remain responsible for royalties, reporting, permissions, and disputes connected to your content.
Community conduct
Comments and Music Life posts must not be unlawful, threatening, hateful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, exploitative, or designed to harass another person. Kings Pride may remove content, limit reach, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts under a documented moderation process.
Ranking signals are informational and may change when invalid traffic, duplicate events, removed works, or enforcement decisions are reconciled.
Service limits and termination
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Kings Pride does not guarantee uninterrupted playback, a particular search position, ranking, audience outcome, or permanent availability of user content. Planned maintenance and security incidents may temporarily limit features.
You may close your account subject to legal retention and unresolved rights claims. Kings Pride may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, legal obligation, or a credible risk to the service.
Disputes and changes
Before filing a formal claim, contact Kings Pride with a clear description and requested resolution so both parties can attempt an informal resolution. Governing law, venue, arbitration, and consumer-rights language must be localized by the operating entity before commercial launch.
Material changes will be announced through the service or verified account email. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
